Member Organizations And Contact Persons – 2008
For seven years, NCA’s partner based gender alliance; SAGA has taken forward gender related issues through annual consultations on specific themes and follow-up actions. Accordingly a senior (gender strategic) position within the member organizations of SAGA plays the role of being the SAGA contact point. Generally this position always participate in the SAGA consultations and other related SAGA activities over the year, and have the mandate to bring input and results from SAGA into their respective organization. It is also an asset to an alliance like SAGA that these contact persons have a significant role related to gender within their organization and that they can join the consultations more than once.
